  • What is the difference between working, auditing and observing?

All participants in each class have access to view and read all of the class materials from both the instructor and students. This includes documents, assignments, videos, forum threads and transcripts of live chats.

Working participants have access to view and read all of the class materials from both the instructor and students, and can also post videos of themselves and their dogs working through the assignments for instructor feedback and discussion, post comments, threads and discussions in the Forum and participate in live chats.

Auditing participants have access to view and read all of the class materials from both the instructor and students, and can post comments, threads and discussions in the Forum and participate in live chats. Auditing participants do not post videos of themselves and their dogs.

Observing participants have access to view and read all of the class materials from both the instructor and students. Observing participants do not post comments, threads and discussions in the Forum and participate in live chats. Observing participants do not post videos of themselves and their dogs.

Now that you have registered, you may access your class! If you are checking out the classroom before the start date, there probably will not be any class materials posted. Log in to the site with the username and password you created during registration.

Click on the class title under the My Courses link. My Courses is found on the left side of the page.

Check out the Campus Directory. This is also on the left side of the page. In the Campus Directory, you will see different parts of the classroom. Here are two to help you get started:

Documents – to find user guides, posting tips and guidelines, assignments, etc. The Student User Guide will provide plenty of details for using the classroom!

Forum – this is the main discussion hub for your classroom. All discussions and feedback can be found in your class forum!

  • What is the refund policy?

Course fees are refundable (minus PayPal fees) until 12am EST on the start date of the course. After the course begins, fees are non-refundable. Special considerations for credit will be made in cases of dog injury, handler injury, or special circumstances.

  • How can I sign up for the Newsletter?

To sign up for the Newsletter, register for a username and password. This is a free service! You will be automatically be added to our mailing list and receive Newsletters and updates.

  • I missed a class that I wanted to take. When will it be run again?

To receive class notifications, register for a username and password – this is a free service! This will put you on the mailing list for all future classes and give you first notification of all upcoming classes.

  • Where can I find a list of the current classes?

You can find current course information in two places:

The Current Courses tab (on the top of the page) provides the latest information on courses that are currently open for registration and participation.

The What’s New tab (on the top of the page) provides a copy of the most current newsletter, detailing current and upcoming classes and events

Begin by clearing your browser history and cache, re-start your browser, then try again. Also, be sure you are entering your username and password exactly as you registered them – they are case sensitive.   • I do not want to use PayPal to register for a class, I would rather use a credit card. How can I do this?

You can complete the registration process as a “Guest” on the PayPal page – this will allow you to use your credit card without having to open a PayPal account.   • I already have a username but am having trouble registering for a class

If you already have a username, be sure that you are logged into your account before registering for the class. If you are not logged in, you will be unable to register.

  • I am having trouble registering a username and signing up for a class

Duplicate usernames are not accepted by the site and the username you are trying to register might already be taken. If you are having trouble getting a username accepted, try a more unique username such as “Cute.Doggie123” or your first and last name.  If you are still having trouble, contact us at This email address is being protected from spambots.   • I forgot my username and password. What should I do?

  • How can I stay updated on upcoming classes or events?

To receive notifications and information on upcoming classes and events, register for a username and password – this is a free service! This will put you on the mailing list for all future classes and give you first notification of all upcoming classes.

  • What is Campus Pass?

Campus Pass is your key to advanced learning at your own pace! By enrolling in the Agility University's Campus Pass programs, you gain access to each course's instructor content to work through on your own. The Pass is active for 6 months from the date of your enrollment, and includes all of the games and assignments posted by the instructor from the class. You will also have access to two discussion Forums – the Pass Forum, where you can ask questions and discuss the information from your Campus Pass course with the instructor and other students, and the Agility University General Forum, which puts you in touch with the entire AU community!

Note: there are no "working" spots in Campus Pass courses, the only available content will be from the instructor.
