Learn proper warm up and cool down techniques to help keep your canine athlete injury-free and working in peak condition!

Warm up and cool down are critical to keeping your canine athlete in top shape, avoid injury, and maximize performance!

Lin McGonagle, MSPT, LVT will guide you on how to properly warm up your dog before training and trialing, as well as how to properly cool down the dog after work. This intensive class will cover the simple but critical techniques you can use as well as tricks and skills you can train to make warm up and cool down fun for you and your dog.

This course will include photographs, descriptions and video demos, as well as discussion and video review of your dog’s warm up and cool down routines!

  • Working (can view and read all videos/assignments/posts from instructor, will get instructor answers to course-specific questions posted about assignments and specific to your dog, can actively participate in class forum and chat, in week 4 can post a full length video of the warm up and cool down for feedback and discussion) Limit: 10
  • Auditing (can view and read all videos/assignments/posts from instructor and working students, will get instructor answers to course-specific questions posted, can actively participate in class forum, chat and office hours) Limit: Unlimited
