Course Description

The Inner Game of Agility 102: The Power of Focus :: Kathy Keats

Would like to have both a laser-sharp focus when you are competing as well as in your training? Would you like to stay motivated throughout the year? Would you like to have a definite plan? The ability to focus your mind in the short term and over the long term may well be the most important skill you can develop for improving every aspect of your agility performance as well as your life!

Most people don’t get nearly as much done in their lives as they can because of a lack of focus. They get distracted by both the inside and the outside world, have trouble prioritizing their tasks and motivating themselves to action. By learning to focus intensely, you can get a tremendous amount of work done in a short period of time, keep motivated and stay on the path towards success. At the end of this course, you will have developed the competition skill of focusing on relevent cues and ignoring distractions, and also have an overall customized training plan to focus your practice habits.
